Queen bed, private en-suite with shower, oceanfront view. Heated floors and plush robes and slippers.
This cozy room opens to the great room with leather couches, flat screen tv/dvd.
There is a large deck from the great room with amazing views over the ocean.
Please note, there is no access to hot tub with this room.

The Sunset B&B Room overlooks the ocean. Watch the sea from your queen size bed.
Enjoy the adjoining main great room and outdoor deck overlooking the ocean.

The Sunset B&B Room offers an en-suite bathroom with shower and plush robes
After a wonderful day, relax by the great room fireplace, scope out the ocean, and watch the sunset.
Then sit back in the leather couches with a good read or watch a movie.

Rates for the Oceanfront Sunset B&B Room
Year Round	$185 per night
All Rates are in Canadian dollars.
All Rates Based on double occupancy and include a Full Breakfast.
12% HST Tax is extra. Prices subject to change without notice.
Due to our cliffside location Reef Point Oceanfront B&B is an adult only accommodation. We are unable to accommodate pets and ask that guests do not smoke on the property.

Cancellation Policy

Please note our Cancellation Policies:
We are a small three room B&B and late cancellations affect us greatly.
Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival carry a $50 administration fee.
Cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival - 1 night & tax
